By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any course or tool through this platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All courses, videos, PDFs, branding assets, platform tools, and resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of daWorld Technologies and its instructors.
This agreement does not transfer ownership of any content or software to the user.
4. Termination
Your license and access may be terminated:
If you breach any clause of this agreement.
If suspicious, abusive, or unauthorized use is detected.
At our sole discretion, with or without notice.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using and delete any downloaded material related to the platform.
5. Updates & Modifications
We reserve the right to update, enhance, modify, or remove content, pricing, course structure, or policies at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes implies your agreement to the updated terms.
6. Affiliate Use Clause (If Applicable)
If you participate in our affiliate program:
You must follow ethical promotional practices.
Misrepresentation or false advertising of our platform is strictly prohibited.
Earnings are based on successful, verified referrals only.
Abuse of the affiliate system may lead to termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All content is provided “as-is” without any guarantees of accuracy, results, or outcomes.
We shall not be liable for:
Any loss, injury, or damages arising from the use of the platform
Technical issues or third-party failures
Any financial losses due to reliance on educational content
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
